Zusammenfassung

Getinge in Germany seeks a Salesforce Platform Architect to own the Salesforce technical solution, designing and implementing Salesforce services across sales, service, and marketing. You will align with cross-functional teams to meet business needs, improve customer experience, and uphold best practices.

This role offers exposure to CPQ, FSM, Pardot, and B2B Cloud, plus leadership for the development team and governance through a Design Authority.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Salesforce Architect certifications are highly preferred.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect with focus on Sales Cloud, CPQ, Service Cloud, and FSM.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and integration patterns.
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce development tools.
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ and Field Service Lightning is a plus.
• Hands-on DevOps experience with branching strategies, pipelines and CI scripts.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Stay up-to-date with Salesforce best practices, new features, and industry trends.
• Conduct regular system audits and implement improvements to optimize the platform.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce.
• Set up and run a Design Authority to govern architectural decisions, ensure alignment with business objectives, maintain architectural roadmaps, and maintain consistency across projects.

As a Salesforce Platform Architect (m/f/d), based in Germany, you will be the owner of the Salesforce technical solution. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Salesforce solutions to support the sales, service, and marketing operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our Salesforce platform meets the needs of our business, enhances our customer experience, and follows best practices.

Your profile

• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce development tools.
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and Field Service Lightning (FSL) is a plus.
• Hands on experience with DevOps related topics like branching strategy, pipelines and CI scripts.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in setting up and running a Design Authority to oversee architectural governance and ensure project alignment.
