Job summary

Peak & Peak in Mannheim is seeking a Polish-speaking Salesforce Developer (m/f/d) to join our growing development team. You will work in a regular team of 5–10 developers to deliver Salesforce solutions through configuration and customization, including Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in a Salesforce Developer role.
• Expertise in Apex, SOQL, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs (SOAP/REST).
• Experience with Salesforce CLI, Data Loader, and VS Code with Salesforce Extension Pack.
• Proven ability to automate processes with Flows and Formulas.
• Experience developing robust test classes and achieving code coverage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues.
• English language skills are a must.
• Nice to have: Consumer Goods Cloud or TPM experience.
• Nice to have: German language skills preferred.
• Nice to have: Bachelor in Computer Science or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end Salesforce solutions using configuration and customization (Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, LWC, and APIs).
• Automate business processes with Salesforce tools such as Formulas and Flows.
• Participate in daily scrum meetings, analyze and assign user stories, identify gaps.

Job description

We are looking for a Polish-speakingprofessional to join our growing development team as aSalesforce Developer(m/f/d).
To give you more insights of your working environment, on the organization level you will work on a regular basis in a team of 5-10 developers to gather ideas & improve already existing processes. On a project level you will work in an agile project team of 4-8 people, depending on the project size, to deliver projects to our clients.

Develop end-to-end Salesforce solutions using both configuration and customization (e.g., Apex Classes, Triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies).

Automate business processes using Salesforce automation tools, such as Formulas, Flow, Assignment Rules, and Email Alerts.

Participate in daily scrum meetings, analyze and assign user stories, and identify/resolve gaps in functional requirements.

Adhere to defined coding standards, ensuring the development of well-structured, maintainable, and easy-to-understand code.

Perform independent code reviews and develop robust unit/integration test cases to achieve at least 85% code coverage.

Debug and resolve issues, ensuring smooth performance of solutions in both pre-production and production environments.

Stay up-to-date on the latest Salesforce innovations and contribute to internal initiatives and team growth.

Experience withSalesforce standard development tooling: Salesforce CLI, Data Loader, and Visual Studio Code with Salesforce Extension Pack.

Experience developing robust test classes and achieving comprehensive code coverage.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex technical issues.

English language skills are a must.
