We are looking for a full-time Salesforce Developer (m/f/d) (40h/week) in Heidelberg, Berlin, Leipzig, or Munich. Options for remote work are available.

Your Mission

• Develop Apex, Lightning Web Components, Lightning Design System, and other Salesforce technologies to create customized solutions.
• Lead technical initiatives, define best practices, and oversee integration, deployment, testing, and refinement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and analyze needs.
• Create and maintain technical documentation such as design specs, test plans, and user guides.
• Ensure quality and performance of Salesforce solutions through testing and debugging.
• Provide support and maintenance for Salesforce applications, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
• Stay updated on Salesforce technologies, industry trends, and best practices.

Your Essential Experience and Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Ability to translate requirements into actionable solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience as a Salesforce developer, with a good understanding of the Salesforce platform, architecture, and limitations.
• Proficient decision-making skills, balancing programmatic and declarative approaches.

Beneficial Skills

• Platform Developer-1 Certification.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CDP integrations.
• English proficiency; German is a plus.
