We are looking for a full-time Salesforce Developer (m/f/d) to join us in Heidelberg, Berlin, Leipzig, or Munich. The position offers the flexibility of working several days per week remotely.

Your Mission

• Develop Apex, Lightning Web Components, Lightning Design System, and other technologies to create customized solutions.
• Collaborate with Salesforce stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
• Ensure quality and performance of Salesforce solutions through testing and debugging.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce applications.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies, best practices, and industry trends.

Your essential experience and education

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
• Ability to translate IT requirements into actionable measures.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience as a Salesforce developer with a good understanding of the Salesforce platform.
• Proficient decision-making skills, distinguishing between programmatic and declarative approaches.

Beneficial Skills

• Platform Developer-1 Certification.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CDP integrations.
• English proficiency; German is a plus.
