We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud Architect to join our client. This individual will leverage their expertise in the Salesforce platform, specifically in the Consumer Goods Cloud, to architect and lead the implementation of complex solutions for retail execution and trade promotion management.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the successful deployment of Salesforce solutions that optimize sales operations, improve retail execution, and maximize the effectiveness of trade promotions.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Design and lead the development of scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions within the Consumer Goods Cloud, focusing on retail execution and trade promotion management.
2. Work closely with stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors, to gather and understand requirements. Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
3. Architect solutions to enhance retail execution capabilities, including in-store merchandising, sales force automation, field sales management, and retail analytics.
4. Design and implement trade promotion management (TPM) solutions that optimize promotional campaigns, pricing strategies, and return on investment (ROI) for trade promotions.
5. Lead integration efforts between Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud and third-party systems (ERP, POS, inventory management, etc.) using APIs and middleware solutions to ensure seamless data synchronization.
6. Provide technical leadership to development teams and ensure adherence to best practices in coding, data management, and security. Mentor junior team members and facilitate knowledge transfer.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

1. Strong experience with Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud, particularly in retail execution, trade promotion management, and salesforce automation.
2. Demonstrated expertise in architecting solutions for trade promotion management, including features such as promotion planning, execution, and ROI analysis.
3. Experience designing solutions to optimize retail execution processes, such as in-store merchandising, sales force effectiveness, and field sales management.
4. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
5. Ability to evaluate complex business problems, design scalable solutions, and ensure long-term success.
6. Experience with cloud infrastructure and deployment tools like Salesforce DX, Heroku, or AWS.
7. Background in the consumer goods or retail industry, with an understanding of the specific challenges and business needs in this space.
