Job summary

Berlin-Chemie AG in Berlin seeks a dedicated coordinator to drive the technical rollout and localization of Salesforce Data and Marketing Cloud across 35 CEE/CIS countries. You will coordinate cross-country initiatives and ensure alignment with local teams.

You will develop training materials, run hands-on workshops, provide ongoing user support, standardize automation workflows and journeys, act as the primary contact for regional Salesforce operations, and maintain comprehensive rollout

• Act as the primary coordinator for the technical implementation and localization of Salesforce Data and Marketing Cloud across 35 CEE/CIS countries.
• Develop and deliver training materials, structured hands-on workshops, and ongoing user support for local teams in the countries.
• Standardize and streamline digital automation workflows, customer journeys, and data segments across the countries.
• Serve as the primary functional and technical contact person for regional teams regarding Salesforce operations, queries, and troubleshooting.
• Manage communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth cross-country execution.
• Maintain accurate, regular documentation and reporting on rollout progress, training completion, and country adoption rates.
