Our client, a leading company in the software development industry, is seeking an experienced Salesforce Consultant to join their team. This is a fully remote role, requiring strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud, as well as fluency in both German and English.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions.

Design, configure, and implement Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud functionalities.

Provide best-practice recommendations and ensure scalable, maintainable solutions.

Support integration activities, testing, and deployment of Salesforce enhancements.

Conduct user training and provide post-implementation support.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes through Salesforce.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of Salesforce Consulting experience.

2+ years of hands-on experience with Service Cloud .

2+ years of hands-on experience with Experience Cloud .

Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Fluent in German and English (spoken and written).

Desirable Skills

Salesforce certifications (e.g., Service Cloud Consultant, Experience Cloud Consultant).

Experience in software development or technology-driven industries.

Familiarity with Salesforce integrations and customization (Apex, Flows, etc.).
