Qualifikationen

Salesforce Business Analyst (f/m/d) - Marketing Cloud

For our European Location in Offenbach am Main (Frankfurt am Main), we are looking for a:

Salesforce Business Analyst (f/m/d) - Marketing Cloud

As a Salesforce Business Analyst (f/m/d), you will be part of the Salesforce Digital Transformation Section. You will support the automotive sales process by delivering success through customer business analysis and IT service implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitating communication between the sales product owner and the digital team to ensure alignment in product and process designs, requirements, maintenance, operations, and new developments.
• Modeling automotive Sales/CRM processes, documenting current and future states to identify improvement opportunities and optimization.
• Developing and documenting functional design specifications for the systems and solutions required for the project.
• Maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders and reporting on the project's progress.
• Planning and providing user education and training on automotive processes or new systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of information technology degree/Business Administration or comparable qualification
• 3-4 years of experience in a similar role in the automotive industry
• Technical Skills: Strong background with Salesforce - Primarily with Marketing Cloud experience and Sales and Service Cloud as secondary skills
• In-depth knowledge of the automotive industry, including market trends, sales/CRM journey, and supply chain processes
• Strong analytical skills to assess complex problems, identify patterns, and make data-driven decisions
• Effective presentation skills and communication with diverse stakeholders
• Skills for gathering, documenting, and managing requirements
• Strong documentation skills and report preparation
• Very good English language skills - German and Korean will be considered a plus

Nice to have:

• Experience with Salesforce Cloud, JIRA, UX/UI, Confluence
• IT affinity and technical understanding of databases, business intelligence tools, Salesforce, and interfaces
