Role Overview
AMDT is looking for a Salesforce Architect / Lead to oversee and optimize our Salesforce ecosystem, driving the integration and automation of our business processes, and stewarding the data that underlies them. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless operations, consistent achievement of our strategic goals and stakeholder happiness.
Your Tasks
- Design, manage, and optimize Salesforce architecture to enhance operational efficiency and business outcomes, including data modeling, field management, automations, user roles, profiles, reporting, and system integrations.
- Be the go-to owner for the quality, accuracy, and reliability of data within Salesforce.
- Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of our Salesforce architecture.
- Own integration between Salesforce and adjacent Sales applications.
- Offer expertise in Salesforce best practices, including integration and application development, deployment, testing, and iterative refinement.
- Work with our business analysts and operations experts to develop and orchestrate workflows across the funnel to drive predictability, improve internal productivity, and enhance the customer journey.
- Together with your team, create and update documentation on processes, policies, application configuration, and help-related materials for end users.
- Together with your team, craft and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to stakeholders across the entire business.
- Ensure compliance with control standards to maintain system stability and reliability for the business.
Your Profile
- 5+ years as architect/lead of Salesforce environments for high-growth SaaS companies, with expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ, retiring tech debt and improving managed apps, platform limits, and overall performance.
- Excellent knowledge of Salesforce best practices, especially flow design, database management, configuration vs customization, and governor limits; also adept at troubleshooting complex implementations.
- Demonstrated ability in managing data quality, enrichment, and deduplication using Salesforce-native and non-native tools.
- Strong ability to build and interpret dashboards and reports for various stakeholders, aligned with business requirements.
- Capable of independently leading projects, including scoping, prioritizing, and executing initiatives based on stakeholder and internal requirements.
- Innate bias towards action and ownership driven by high velocity execution and over-communication.
- Holistic view of revenue operations and SFDC’s role as a core database and facilitator of x-functional processes that support the customer journey; you transcend the role of “SFDC Admin”.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in Salesforce Analytics (CRMA) or Tableau, both from a data management perspective and an analytics/visualization perspective.
- First experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud
- Platform App Builder, Application Architect, & Platform Developer certifications
