We’re on the hunt for a sharp, solution-oriented Salesforce Administrator who’s ready to take their career beyond system maintenance and into full-stack sales tech ownership. In this role, you’ll wear multiple hats — part Salesforce guru, part business analyst, part sales tech architect.

You’ll evolve our Salesforce platform and connected tools to empower our sales, marketing, and customer success teams. From optimizing workflows to evaluating new tech to implementing scalable processes — if you love marrying business needs with smart technology, you’ll thrive here.

This is a hybrid part-time position of 20-30 hours per week from one of our offices in Hamburg, Berlin or Barcelona.

YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:
  • Own and evolve our Salesforce Sales Cloud (required) environment to support a fast-scaling B2B sales team
  • Act as strategic owner of the full sales tech stack — from tools like Salesforce Sales Cloud, DocuSign, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesloft, to integrations & automation workflows
  • Serve as the primary bridge between GTM teams (Sales, Marketing, CSM, Data)
  • Analyze processes across the sales acquisition & customer activation journey — identify friction points and implement solutions that increase velocity and efficiency
  • Build and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and forecasting tools that surface actionable insights
  • Ensure data hygiene, cross-platform integrity, compliance, and performance
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Finance to support growth initiatives
  • Build self-serving capabilities for key stakeholders & foster internal user adoption
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:
  • 2–4 years of Salesforce administration experience, ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment & familiarity with sales operations
  • Experience working with sales tools like Salesforce, Apollo, Outreach, HubSpot, Linkedin, SalesNavigator, etc.
  • Strong business acumen — you analyse and derive actionable insights of performance
  • Salesforce Admin Certification & proven experience integrating Salesforce with third-party applications
  • Proficiency in creating and maintaining Salesforce Lightning Flows and Process Builders
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in English, German or Spanish is a plus
