Salesforce Administrator (all genders)

This position is exclusively located at our IT Site in Mexico City, Mexico.

We’re looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator (all genders) to help us maximize the value of our Salesforce CRM. You’ll manage and optimize Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, collaborate with teams on Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, and SAP integration, and ensure smooth, error-free platform performance.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage the Salesforce platform within the IT Product Team
• Translate business needs into technical solutions and process improvements
• Optimize and design Salesforce processes in close collaboration with business units
• Lead testing, documentation, and rollout of new features
• Provide 2nd-level user support and coordinate with external developers
• Research and introduce new Salesforce capabilities
  
  

Your Profile

• 2-3 years Salesforce Admin or Consultant experience, preferably in Sales and Service Cloud
• Salesforce Admin certification is a plus
• Solid knowledge of “Lead to Order” or “Service to Retention” processes
• Experience with Salesforce upgrades and system integrations
• Skilled in user management and access controls
• Experience supporting international rollouts and working with agile methods (SCRUM)
• Independent, structured work style with strong quality focus
• Excellent English communication and strong customer orientation
• Basic knowledge of ServiceNow and Copado is a plus
