As we scale toward our next big milestone, we’re looking for a visionary Head of Product to lead the next phase of product innovation—driven by AI, deep customer understanding, and operational excellence.

We’re looking for a hands-on Salesforce Administrator with a passion for operational excellence and automation. You’ll be instrumental in maintaining and evolving our Salesforce platform, with a strong focus on Flow development , AI capabilities and process optimization across Field Service , Service Cloud , and Sales Cloud .

Your role :

  • Administer and configure Salesforce with a focus on Field Service, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud.
  • Develop and optimize Flows (Record-Triggered, Scheduled, and Screen Flows) to automate and scale operational processes.
  • Manage and enhance Agentforce setup to support our customer-facing teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Support, Operations, Product) to gather requirements and implement scalable solutions.
  • Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data integrity and security.
  • Create and maintain documentation for processes, flows, and system configurations.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Proven expertise in Flow Builder (advanced logic, fault handling, performance optimization).
  • Experience with Field Service Lightning (FSL), Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce objects, permission sets, profiles, validation rules, and automation tools.
  • Comfortable working with Omni-Channel routing, case management.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into efficient, scalable technical solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
