Location: Either Cologne, Berlin, Dusseldorf, Frankfurt or Munich - we have offices in all of these locations

Job Summary: Publicis Sapient's SF 360° Team is seeking an experienced HQ Project Manager to lead the end-to-end release management process for our Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Pardot implementations. This role involves orchestrating collaboration between our globally distributed team and IT developers, focusing on continuous improvement, process enhancement, and the implementation of efficient ways of working. As part of our internal digital business transformation team, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth project delivery and driving innovation.

Responsibilities

1. Release Management & Orchestration:
   • Lead and manage the full release cycle for Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Pardot projects.
   • Collaborate closely with internal teams, IT developers, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
   • Coordinate between business needs and technical teams to optimize release processes and manage dependencies.
2. Process Improvement & Ways of Working:
   • Drive process improvements to enhance project delivery, team collaboration, and workflow efficiency.
   • Implement best practices and agile methodologies to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
   • Innovate and adapt new technologies within the Salesforce ecosystem, promoting efficiency and scalability.
3. Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership:
   • Facilitate cross-functional communication and collaboration between teams located across different regions.
   • Guide internal leaders and external senior stakeholders on delivery methods, ceremonies, and protocols.
   • Lead planning sessions to identify risks, issues, and dependencies while developing mitigation strategies.
4. Tools & Frameworks:
   • Utilize Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, and other project management tools to track progress, manage workflows, and ensure transparency.
   • Support and manage communications through MS Teams, Zoom, and Outlook.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management with a focus on Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Pardot.
• Strong expertise in end-to-end release management and agile project management methodologies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with a history of driving cross-functional collaboration in a global setting.
• Proficient in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while driving process improvements and fostering innovation.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, or Engineering).
• PMP, Scrum Master, or SAFe certifications are a plus.
• Minimum of 6+ years of experience as a Project Manager in Salesforce-related projects.
