To support our client in Karlsruhe, we are looking for a dedicated Sales Support Specialist (m / w / d).

Location: Karlsruhe (Baden)

Employment type: Full-time

Working hours: 35 - 40 hours per week

Responsibilities
  • Managing incoming customer inquiries and processing orders efficiently
  • Preparing tailored sales proposals and confirming orders
  • Coordinating delivery schedules and managing procurement processes
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer and order records in internal systems
  • Collaborating closely with field sales teams and cross-functional departments to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications
  • Completed commercial training or an equivalent qualification
  • Initial experience in sales support or a related role is advantageous
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and familiar with ERP software
