As a Sales Support Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our operations – our “command center” – and the very first person new and returning customers connect with. Your communication flair, problem-solving mindset, and organizational skills will help turn prospects into loyal, long-term partners.
Completed commercial or technical vocational training
Relevant professional experience in customer service or sales
Technical interest and quick grasp of new software systems
Experience with CRM systems as well as excellent knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet programs
German and English at a native level
