We have a fantastic opportunity in our Sales Support Team in Oberhausen, Germany. This is a challenging role where you will coordinate customer demands and communicate with responsible departments in relevant business areas. Additionally, you will maintain customer master data.

Responsibilities :
  1. Support customers by providing advice and sharing information.
  2. Coordinate customer demands and communicate with departments such as application technology, production, sales transactions, and R&D foundry.
  3. Prepare and create offers and technical data sheets, including tracking and management.
  4. Create and analyze customer service and sales statistics, as well as market data.
  5. Serve as an escalation point for customer inquiries and complaints, including forwarding to appropriate authorities.
  6. Prepare presentations for internal and external use by the sales management team.
  7. Assist the financial team with customer payment inquiries.
  8. Process and follow up on dunning lists.
  9. Maintain prices in SAP, issue price increase letters to customers.
  10. Manage and update customer and market information using CRM.
  11. Create and update customer and material master data in SAP.
  12. Distribute master data collection forms.
  13. Handle commission accounting.
  14. Manage and update sales forecasts.
  15. Coordinate logistics tenders and forwarding options.
  16. Improve and develop processes.
  17. Participate in cross-team logistics and customer service projects.
Requirements :
  1. Completed commercial studies or similar training.
  2. 3-5 years of customer service or inside sales experience in B2B.
  3. Advanced knowledge of SAP.
