We have a fantastic opportunity in our Sales Support Team in Oberhausen, Germany. This is a challenging role where you will coordinate customer demands and communicate with responsible departments in relevant business areas. Additionally, you will maintain customer master data.
Responsibilities :
- Support customers by providing advice and sharing information.
- Coordinate customer demands and communicate with departments such as application technology, production, sales transactions, and R&D foundry.
- Prepare and create offers and technical data sheets, including tracking and management.
- Create and analyze customer service and sales statistics, as well as market data.
- Serve as an escalation point for customer inquiries and complaints, including forwarding to appropriate authorities.
- Prepare presentations for internal and external use by the sales management team.
- Assist the financial team with customer payment inquiries.
- Process and follow up on dunning lists.
- Maintain prices in SAP, issue price increase letters to customers.
- Manage and update customer and market information using CRM.
- Create and update customer and material master data in SAP.
- Distribute master data collection forms.
- Handle commission accounting.
- Manage and update sales forecasts.
- Coordinate logistics tenders and forwarding options.
- Improve and develop processes.
- Participate in cross-team logistics and customer service projects.
Requirements :
- Completed commercial studies or similar training.
- 3-5 years of customer service or inside sales experience in B2B.
- Advanced knowledge of SAP.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Solution-oriented mindset.
- Service-oriented communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a structured manner.
- Conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
