Jobtailor in Berlin is seeking a proactive assistant to support Go-to-Market and sales activities across the DACH region, reporting directly to the CCO and Co-Founder. You will join strategic customer meetings and help prepare agendas and presentation materials.

You will also manage branding content for the CCO on LinkedIn, assist with inbox management, and collaborate with Key Account Managers on real customer accounts while helping organize customer visits and executive meetings.

Qualifikationen

• Currently studying for or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Familiar with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Gemini.
• Highly organized and reliable.
• Motivated to be present and engaged.
• Bonus: genuine interest in e-commerce, logistics, or the intersection of AI and enterprise software.
