Are you an experienced healthcare sales professional with a passion for making a real impact in patients’ lives? We are partnering with a global pharmaceutical leader to find a Sales Specialist / Manager to support two critical therapeutic areas : Multiple Sclerosis and Osteoporosis .

This is a field-based role, focused on engaging with key healthcare professionals and institutions across Berlin and the surrounding region . You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring patient access to innovative therapies while building strong, long-term relationships across your network.

What You'll Be Doing :

  • Drive sales performance and meet / exceed targets in MS and bone health.
  • Build strong relationships with neurologists, rheumatologists, and related specialists.
  • Deliver impactful product presentations and support educational initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (market access, marketing, medical) to support patient journeys.
  • Develop and execute strategic territory plans with a focus on key accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.

What We’re Looking For :

  • 3–5+ years of experience in a specialty sales role within the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector.
  • Medical, nursing, or Pharmareferent qualification is required.
  • Solid understanding or experience in neurology and / or osteoporosis is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Valid driving license and ability to travel regularly across the assigned region. (Access to a personal vehicle is preferred; if not, this will be discussed during the hiring process.)
