To strengthen our sales efforts across Europe, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Downstream / MIR Spectroscopy Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Your responsibilities

  1. Identify and develop sales opportunities for MIR spectroscopy solutions in downstream bioprocessing across Europe.
  2. Deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations, and application consultations to customers and partners.
  3. Collaborate closely with the applications and R&D teams to ensure customer success and gather market feedback.
  4. Represent IRUBIS at European trade shows, scientific conferences, and during on-site customer visits.
  5. Support product and strategy development through insights from customer interactions and market trends.

Your profile

  • Educational background in life sciences, biotechnology, chemistry, or related fields.
  • Previous experience as an Application Specialist, preferably in spectroscopy or downstream processing, with motivation to transition into sales.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; fluency in English required; additional European languages (German, French, Spanish, etc.) are a plus.
  • Self-driven, structured, and results-oriented with a passion for innovative technologies.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Europe (up to 50%).
