We are looking for:
The Process Sales Area Manager will develop our market share in Pharma and Biopharma industries by focusing on existing and new customers, building a pipeline of opportunities, and developing new business.
This role requires project management skills, business development capabilities, and a growth mindset. It reports directly to the Process Sales Manager.
Your main tasks include:
Your profile:
Successfully completed studies in chemistry, biochemistry, or biology, with a commercial background.
Demonstrable knowledge of the laboratory/Pharma/Biopharma business, market dynamics, and trends.
Relevant sales experience with chemical and biochemical reagents.
Experience managing distribution networks and territory planning.
Willingness to travel and reside within the territory.
Fluent in English.
Strong goal orientation with an 80/20 mindset.
Ability to persuade and convince aligned with company strategies.
Understanding the financial impact of pricing, discounts, and rebates on margins.
Knowledge of analytical techniques relevant to pharmaceutical, food, clinical diagnostics, and environmental markets.
