This Position reports to: Marketing Manager

Responsibilities
  • As a Sales Specialist (f / m / d) you will assume a responsible role in our German sales department for MNS low-voltage systems and will be the first point of contact for selected potential account customers.
  • Identify and develop large-scale projects (e.g. data centers, chip industry, HVDC grid connections, chemical/oil and gas industries such as hydrogen production, etc.).
  • Work from home (preferably in the greater Heidelberg, Frankfurt and Mannheim areas).
  • Work model for the role is remote (#LI-Remote).
  • Design and development of existing customer relationships.
  • Monitor competitive behavior.
  • Develop account plans including planning and implementation of campaigns to increase order intake.
  • Presentation of our MNS low-voltage switchgear systems portfolio to customers; provide customer support at trade fairs and events; plan and implement targeted sales campaigns.
  • Independent management of commercial and technical contract negotiations with the involvement of relevant departments and suppliers.
  • Take over project development and monitoring through to awarding, particularly after the tender submission.
  • Identify and develop large-scale projects and mega-investments (e.g. data centers, large-scale storage systems, chip industry, HVDC grid connections, chemical/oil and gas industries such as H2 generation, etc.) and support project developers, planners, general contractors and national/international EPC companies.
  • Conduct national and international coordination.
  • Understand award and decision-making processes; advise customers on the use of the optimal technology with involvement of relevant departments and suppliers.
Qualifications
  • Successfully completed technical studies or industrial engineering, preferably in electrical engineering or a related technical qualification.
  • Several years of experience in the sales of low-voltage switchgear systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of commercial contract issues.
  • Enthusiasm for technical topics and details combined with a strong customer and goal orientation.
  • Professional use of digital media (video conferences, virtual meetings, chats, etc.) in customer contact and communication.
  • Familiar with common MS Office applications and the CRM software Salesforce.
  • Fluent in written and spoken German and English.
  • Willing to travel within Germany and to our customers and main suppliers in Poland and the Czech Republic.
