As Senior Sales Specialist Ultrasound Testing Machines (UTTM), you'll be involved in long-term sales planning and development to the overall sales strategy. As a trusted Sales Manager, you'll find joy in delivering successful outcomes for customers through innovation, strategic solutions, strong relationships, and thorough business understanding.

As a Senior Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Acting as primary point of contact and trusted advisor to customers to build relationships and ensure customer success.
• Managing the complexity of the full sales life cycle to successful customer completion (project-based business).
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders and various levels of decision makers at customer sites to manage the complexity of the sales proposal.
• Cooperating with technical colleagues to answer customer requests and discuss local conditions.
• Being the central point of contact for customers and cross-functional teams.
• Being responsible for selling Ultrasonic Testing Machines, services, or solutions to key customers within a geographic area.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have high experience in Commercial Sales with a focus on negotiating and closing large and complex contractual agreements.
• Be a self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to identify and solve problems.
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be confident presenting to a wide range of audiences.
• Be able to speak fluent English; other European languages are a plus.
• Have experience providing innovative, adaptive technical solutions and support to customers.
• Having an NDT Ultrasound background is considered an advantage, but not a necessity, as relevant technical support will be provided by other functions of the business.
• Be a strong team player and show the ability to adapt in an ever-changing, dynamic environment.
