Would you like to join our Sales team as Sales & Retail Manager?
The Sales & Retail Manager is responsible for driving the development and execution of sales strategies within the assigned geographic area. This role ensures the growth and profitability of the business while maintaining the correct brand positioning and market presence.
Key responsibilities include:
- Expanding the brand’s market presence by developing sales strategies tailored to the wholesale channel, with a strong focus on retail activities such as customer quality and brand consistency.
- Ensuring sustainable and profitable sales growth by managing and optimizing resources (people, investments, and costs).
- Overseeing and coordinating commercial activities across wholesale partners, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and business objectives.
You’ll be in charge of:
Strategy & Business Development
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify new business opportunities and implement effective sales strategies.
- Define and manage brand development and market penetration strategies.
- Ensure alignment between brand identity, customer experience, and commercial performance in the assigned region.
- Provide strategic support and coordination for subsidiaries, franchise partners, and key retail locations to optimize brand distribution and profitability.
Sales & Performance Management
- Drive revenue growth while maintaining profitability across channels of distribution.
- Ensure that negotiated commercial terms are respected and aligned with financial and operational goals.
- Monitor sales performance (budget, revenue, and profitability) and ensure continuous optimization through data-driven decision-making.
- Define and track KPIs to assess the performance of wholesale and retail teams, identifying areas of risk and opportunities for improvement.
Team Leadership & Operational Execution
- Manage and oversee the wholesale sales network and retail teams, ensuring alignment with the overall commercial strategy.
- Work closely with Retail Excellence teams to support the development and training of in-store teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with HQ and key stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales and customer experience initiatives.
- Oversee resource allocation, ensuring optimal management of budgets, personnel, and operational costs.
Execution & Coordination
Guarantee the proper implementation of commercial strategies.
Ensure that all sales initiatives and in-store activations are in line with brand positioning and market objectives.
Act as the key liaison between HQ and the regional teams, providing continuous feedback and insights to refine sales strategies.
