We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative with expertise in Pathology to lead business development efforts, establish and support new dealer networks, set up regional operations, and drive the promotion and sales of our MoticEasyScan digital pathology systems.

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and strategic professional to cultivate and expand client relationships—particularly with key opinion leaders (KOLs)—while gathering valuable market insights to support growth initiatives and inform customer-centric solutions.

The role involves:

  • Managing and growing existing accounts while ensuring accurate sales forecasting.
  • Actively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the pathology market.
  • Delivering compelling product demonstrations, hands-on training, and responsive technical support.
  • Overseeing the smooth implementation and integration of digital pathology solutions.
  • Representing Motic at key industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to build visibility and connections.
  • Traveling primarily across Europe to engage with clients, partners, and potential leads.
