On behalf of NSB Group, MARPRO is seeking a Sales Representative for NSB Products, primarily involving Commercial & Technical Ship Management, New Build Supervision, and Crew Management Training. You will join a team of approximately 150 colleagues worldwide. The company is headquartered in Buxtehude, Germany (near Hamburg). You will report to the Vice President of Sales.

Main Responsibilities
  • Proactively engage with prospective clients, conduct site visits, and lead marketing initiatives (trade fairs, conferences, advertisements) to identify market opportunities.
  • Build and grow relationships with customers and key stakeholders across Benelux, the UK, and other Western European countries.
  • Gather inquiries, assist in preparing quotations with the team, and manage the follow-up process.
  • Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, including pricing, product specifications, and delivery terms.
  • Oversee the execution of customer orders, ensuring timely and efficient progress, with regular updates to customers.
  • Organize work/action schedules, review contract specifications, and collaborate with project managers to refine these documents.
  • Address customer issues and claims promptly and effectively.
  • Report on market developments in the assigned territory to the VP of Global Sales.
Professional Competencies
  • At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a commercial technical role.
  • Experience in the spare parts industry is a plus.
  • Willingness to spend approximately 125 days per year in relevant regions.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English.
