We are seeking a Sales Representative (m/w/d) for our Business Unit Pharmaceuticals in the sales area: Berlin, Dresden, Leipzig, Magdeburg.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Management of a sales area in the hospital and retail sectors
  • Technical consulting and support for target groups in the above-mentioned areas (medical personnel, purchasing, pharmacists, nursing staff, and medical technology)
  • Realization of predefined sales and profit targets
  • Independent management of the assigned budget for the respective sales region
  • Target-oriented, sustainable, and continuous support of assigned customers
  • Implementation of marketing and sales strategies in the region
  • Acquisition of new customers in the assigned sales areas in the hospital and retail sectors
  • Market and competition observation, particularly with regard to price and contract design
  • Coordination of business with KAM, colleagues, and superiors

Your Profile:

  • Pharmaceutical representative (IHK) or expertise according to §75 AMG
  • Medical device consultant (§ 31 MPG)
  • Several years of experience in the pharmaceutical and/or medical technology industry, preferably in the retail sector
  • Knowledge of sales figures analysis and preparation as well as presentation of figures for decision-making support
  • High level of social competence, empathy, sense of responsibility, and initiative
  • Excellent negotiating skills and assertiveness
  • Very good German and good English language skills in writing and speaking
  • Familiarity with MS Office products and CRM systems
  • Willingness to travel
