Position: Sales Representative (m/w/d) in Baden-Württemberg

Responsibilities:

  1. Present the company and sell the assigned product portfolio, including new products, with responsibility for orders and sales.
  2. Identify and acquire potential new customers systematically within the sales territory.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with current and potential clients.
  4. Provide technical and commercial support and advice to customers, coordinating with the Service Organization to strengthen after-sales.
  5. Assist in developing decision templates for framework agreements with purchasing groups and private clinics.
  6. Analyze customer, market, and competitor data to identify market potentials and expansion opportunities.
  7. Maintain customer and project data continuously using CRM systems.
  8. Determine customer needs related to the assigned product portfolio.
  9. Coordinate regularly with relevant departments, especially sales operations and support teams involved in the sales process.
  10. Lead the introduction of new products and train customers in their application.
  11. Support sample orders, installation, and commissioning of products.
  12. Participate in trade shows, congresses, and events.
  13. Assist with internal training and meetings with existing and new customers, such as product workshops.

Qualifications:

  1. Completed higher education in technical, business, or related fields, with a focus on medical technology, sales, or marketing.
  2. At least 3 years of relevant experience in selling complex medical products and services in hospital markets, with a minimum of 2 years in operational or clinical settings.
  3. Certified medical device consultant with above-average technical and commercial understanding.
  4. Knowledge of interfaces between medical technology, IT, and hospital management.
  5. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  6. Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  7. Fluent in German and proficient in English.
  8. Willingness to travel.
