Your mission

  • Proactively identify, qualify, develop, and close sales opportunities by acquiring new customers (hunting) and developing existing ones (farming).
  • Drive growth in revenue and margin by leveraging our complete portfolio.
  • Identify and understand customer & stakeholder needs and effectively communicate how our portfolio will meet those needs.
  • Influence strategic direction and buying decisions; be your customers' advocate.
  • Work transversally with all business units to enhance collaboration and business opportunities.
  • Engage with partners and suppliers in your territory to create synergies and increase the opportunity pipeline.
  • Efficiently manage all aspects of your territory's sustainable success.
  • Forecast and report accurately using our CRM system.
  • Maintain and optimize relationships with current and future customers.
  • Represent aDvens at local/international lead and demand generation events and conferences.
  • Increase brand awareness and spread the aDvens values.

Qualifications:

  • You like being in contact with customers.
  • You enjoy working in a team.
  • You are familiar with sales methodologies, ideally in the cyber sector.
  • You like to acquire new customers.
  • You want to contribute to aDvens' regional, national, and international development.
  • You are passionate about Cybersecurity and its challenges.
  • You want to join a dynamic company that puts meaning into its business.

  • You are not afraid of juggling several assignments at once, from one subject to another.

Language skills (both mandatory):

  • German (full professional proficiency) and English (full professional proficiency).

Location:

  • Munich (Germany) or
  • Remote (from anywhere in Germany).
