Responsibilities:
  • Acquire new customers and provide commercial and technical advice/support to existing customers, including travel
  • Analyze markets to identify trends and developments
  • Support technical product demonstrations to secure new projects
  • Develop solution-oriented coating systems in collaboration with customers and technical teams
  • Negotiate prices and contracts
  • Manage complaints collaboratively with internal departments
  • Maintain customer relationships and manage projects using a CRM system
Qualifications:
  • Degree in a technical and/or commercial field (e.g., Industrial Engineering) or relevant training (e.g., paint technician with commercial experience)
  • Several years of sales experience, preferably in chemical products requiring explanation
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Fluent in Flemish and Dutch; business fluency in English; German and French skills are a plus
  • High technical affinity and a solution-oriented approach to customer needs
  • Strong commitment and entrepreneurial spirit within the company
