  • Acquire new customers and provide commercial and technical support to existing customers (including travel)
  • Analyze markets to identify new trends and developments
  • Support technical product demonstrations to secure new projects
  • Develop solution-oriented coating systems in collaboration with potential customers and technical teams
  • Negotiate prices and contracts
  • Manage complaints in cooperation with internal departments
  • Maintain customer relationships and manage projects using a CRM system

Qualifications:

  • Degree with a technical and/or commercial background (e.g., Industrial Engineering) or relevant training (e.g., paint technician with commercial experience)
  • Several years of sales experience with explainable products, ideally in the chemical industry
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Fluent in Flemish and Dutch; business fluency in English; German and French skills beneficial
  • High technical affinity, solution-oriented, and result-driven approach to customer requirements
  • Strong commitment and entrepreneurial mindset within the company
