  • Acquire new customers and provide commercial and technical advice/support for existing customers, including traveling.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new trends and developments.
  • Support technical product demonstrations to secure new projects.
  • Develop coating solutions in collaboration with customers and technical teams.
  • Negotiate prices and contracts.
  • Manage complaints in coordination with internal departments.
  • Maintain customer relationships and manage projects using a CRM system.
  • Hold a degree in a technical and/or commercial field (e.g., Industrial Engineering) or relevant training (e.g., paint technician with commercial experience).
  • Have several years of sales experience with explanation-intensive products, preferably in the chemical industry.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Fluent in Flemish and Dutch; business proficiency in English; German and French skills are a plus.
  • Possess high technical affinity and a solution-oriented approach to customer requirements.
  • Demonstrate strong commitment and entrepreneurial spirit within the company.
