  • Acquire new customers and provide technical and commercial support for existing clients, including travel
  • Analyze markets to identify new trends and developments
  • Support technical product demonstrations to secure new projects
  • Develop solution-oriented coating systems in collaboration with customers and technical teams
  • Negotiate prices and contracts
  • Handle complaints in coordination with internal departments
  • Manage customer relationships and projects using a CRM system
  • Hold a degree in a technical and/or commercial field (e.g., Industrial Engineering) or relevant training (e.g., paint technician with commercial experience)
  • Have several years of sales experience with explainable products, preferably in the chemical industry
  • Be proficient in MS Office and CRM software
  • Be fluent in Flemish and Dutch; business fluency in English; German and French skills are a plus
  • Possess high technical affinity and a solution-oriented approach to customer needs
  • Show above-average commitment and entrepreneurial spirit within the company
