  • Acquire new customers and provide commercial and technical support for existing clients, including travel
  • Analyze the market to identify new trends and developments
  • Support technical product demonstrations to secure new projects
  • Develop solution-oriented coating systems in collaboration with customers and technical teams
  • Negotiate prices and contracts
  • Manage complaints in coordination with internal departments
  • Maintain customer relationships and manage projects using a CRM system

Qualifications:

  • Degree in a technical and/or commercial field (e.g., Industrial Engineering) or relevant training (e.g., paint technician with commercial experience)
  • Several years of sales experience with explanation-intensive products, preferably in the chemical industry
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Fluent in Flemish and Dutch; business proficiency in English; German and French skills are a plus
  • Strong technical affinity and a solution- and result-oriented approach to customer requirements
  • High commitment and entrepreneurial mindset within the company
