We are looking for a Sales Representative Benelux (m/f/d) to join our team. Your responsibilities include:

  • Acquiring new customers and providing technical and commercial support to existing clients, including travel
  • Analyzing markets to identify trends and developments
  • Supporting technical product demonstrations to secure new projects
  • Developing coating solutions in collaboration with customers and technical teams
  • Negotiating prices and contracts
  • Managing complaints with internal departments
  • Handling customer relationships and projects via CRM system

Qualifications include:

  • A degree in a technical or commercial field (e.g., Industrial Engineering) or relevant training (e.g., paint technician with commercial experience)
  • Several years of sales experience, preferably in chemical products requiring explanation
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Fluency in Flemish and Dutch, business-level English; German and French skills are a plus
  • Strong technical understanding and solution-oriented approach
  • High commitment and entrepreneurial spirit within the company
