  • Acquire new customers and provide technical and commercial support to existing clients (including travel)
  • Analyze markets to identify trends and developments
  • Support technical product demonstrations to secure new projects
  • Develop solution-oriented coating systems with customers and technical teams
  • Negotiate prices and contracts
  • Handle complaints collaboratively with internal departments
  • Manage customer relationships and projects using a CRM system
  • Require a degree with a technical and/or commercial background (e.g., Industrial Engineering) or relevant training (e.g., paint technician with commercial experience)
  • Have several years of sales experience with explanation-intensive products, ideally in the chemical industry
  • Be proficient in MS Office and CRM software
  • Fluent in Flemish and Dutch; business proficiency in English; German and French skills are a plus
  • Possess high technical affinity and a solution- and result-oriented approach to customer needs
  • Show above-average commitment as an “entrepreneur within the company”
