  • Acquire new customers and provide commercial and technical support to existing customers, including travel
  • Analyze markets to identify new trends and developments
  • Support technical product demonstrations to secure new projects
  • Develop coating solutions in collaboration with customers and technical teams
  • Negotiate prices and contracts
  • Manage complaints with internal departments
  • Maintain customer relationships and projects via CRM

Qualifications:

  • Degree in a technical and/or commercial field (e.g., Industrial Engineering) or equivalent training (e.g., paint technician with commercial experience)
  • Several years of sales experience in product explanation, preferably in the chemical industry
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Fluent in Flemish and Dutch; business English; German and French are a plus
  • Strong technical affinity and solution-oriented approach
  • High commitment and entrepreneurial spirit within the company
