Join our success story as Sales Representative Benelux (m/f/d) and contribute your ideas and commitment!

  • Acquire new customers and provide commercial and technical advice/support to existing customers (including travel)
  • Analyze markets to identify new trends and developments
  • Support technical product demonstrations to secure new projects
  • Develop solution-oriented coating systems in collaboration with potential customers and technical teams
  • Negotiate prices and contracts
  • Manage complaints in coordination with internal departments
  • Maintain customer relationships and manage projects using a CRM system
  • Possess a degree in a technical and/or commercial field (e.g., Industrial Engineering) or relevant training (e.g., paint technician with commercial experience)
  • Have several years of sales experience with explainable products, ideally in the chemical industry
  • Be proficient in MS Office and CRM software
  • Be fluent in Flemish and Dutch; business fluency in English; German and French skills are a plus
  • Have high technical affinity and a solution- and result-oriented approach to customer requirements
  • Show above-average commitment as an “entrepreneur within the company”
