  • Acquire new customers and provide commercial and technical advice/support to existing customers (including traveling)
  • Analyze markets and observe trends to identify new developments
  • Support technical product demonstrations to secure new projects
  • Develop solution-oriented coating systems in cooperation with customers and technical teams
  • Negotiate prices and contracts
  • Manage complaints in collaboration with internal departments
  • Maintain customer relationships and manage projects using a CRM system

Requirements:

  • Degree with a technical and/or commercial background (e.g., Industrial Engineering) or relevant further training (e.g., paint technician with commercial experience)
  • Several years of experience in sales of explainable products, ideally in the chemical industry
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Fluency in Flemish and Dutch; business fluency in English; German and French skills are a plus
  • High technical affinity and solution-oriented approach to customer needs
  • Strong commitment and entrepreneurial spirit within the company
