  • Acquire new customers and provide commercial and technical support to existing ones (including travel)
  • Analyze markets to identify new trends and developments
  • Support technical product demonstrations to secure new projects
  • Develop solution-oriented coating systems in collaboration with potential customers and technical teams
  • Negotiate prices and contracts
  • Manage complaints in cooperation with internal departments
  • Maintain customer relationships and manage projects using a CRM system
  • Possess a degree in a technical and/or commercial field (e.g., Industrial Engineering) or relevant training (e.g., paint technician with commercial experience)
  • Have several years of sales experience, preferably in chemical products requiring explanation
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
  • Fluent in Flemish and Dutch; business proficiency in English; German and French skills are a plus
  • High technical affinity and a solution- and result-oriented approach to customer needs
  • Demonstrate above-average commitment and an entrepreneurial spirit within the company
