  • Acquire new customers and provide technical and commercial support to existing clients (including travel)
  • Analyze markets to identify trends and opportunities
  • Support technical product demonstrations to secure new projects
  • Develop tailored coating solutions in collaboration with customers and technical teams
  • Negotiate prices and contracts
  • Handle complaints in coordination with internal departments
  • Manage customer relationships and projects using CRM systems
  • Require a degree in a technical or commercial field (e.g., Industrial Engineering) or related training (e.g., paint technician with commercial experience)
  • Have several years of sales experience, preferably in chemical products requiring explanation
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
  • Fluent in Flemish and Dutch; business fluency in English; German and French skills are a plus
  • Possess strong technical affinity and a solution-oriented approach to customer needs
  • Demonstrate high commitment and entrepreneurial spirit within the company
  • Enjoy working in an international environment
