  • Acquire new customers and provide commercial and technical support to existing clients, including travel
  • Analyze markets to identify new trends and developments
  • Support technical product demonstrations to secure new projects
  • Develop coating solutions in collaboration with customers and technical teams
  • Negotiate prices and contracts
  • Manage complaints in coordination with internal departments
  • Maintain customer relationships and manage projects using CRM systems
  • Require a degree in a technical or commercial field (e.g., Industrial Engineering) or relevant training (e.g., paint technician with commercial experience)
  • Several years of sales experience with technical products, preferably in the chemical industry
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Fluent in Flemish and Dutch, with business proficiency in English; German and French skills are a plus
  • Strong technical understanding and a solution-oriented approach to customer needs
  • High commitment and entrepreneurial spirit within the company
