  • Acquire new customers and provide technical and commercial support to existing clients, including travel
  • Analyze markets to identify new trends and developments
  • Support technical product demonstrations to secure new projects
  • Develop coating solutions in collaboration with customers and technical teams
  • Negotiate prices and contracts
  • Handle complaints with internal departments
  • Manage customer relationships and projects via CRM
  • Require a degree in a technical or commercial field (e.g., Industrial Engineering) or relevant training (e.g., paint technician with commercial experience)
  • Have several years of sales experience with explanation-required products, preferably in the chemical industry
  • Be proficient in MS Office and CRM software
  • Speak Flemish and Dutch fluently, with business proficiency in English; German and French skills are a plus
  • Possess high technical affinity and be solution- and result-oriented in addressing customer needs
  • Demonstrate above-average commitment as an “entrepreneur within the company”
