Job Responsibilities
  1. Responsible for growth and expansion of sales and profit margins within assigned accounts and/or territory/region on products or services.
  2. Establishes professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts.
  3. Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and margin dollars.
  4. Supports existing customers such as specialist dealers, dentists, and pharmacies, acting as the primary contact for all current topics.
  5. Plans and implements joint sales campaigns with the specialist trade.
  6. Develops strategies to promote growth potential of existing customers and to open new distribution channels.
  7. Engages in activities to promote demand and sell-out in your area.
  8. Implements product training and events.
Job Requirements
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, medical, or healthcare industry.
  • Previous experience in a sales-oriented role.
  • Experience in dental sales is an advantage.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Customer-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in German at native level; English skills are an advantage.
