Your Role & Team in a Nutshell

As a driven and independent Sales Representative, you will support our Sales Manager in covering the Norwegian market. With a strong B2B sales experience, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for building lasting customer relationships you will play a key role in driving revenue, expanding our customer base, and promoting our office products across Norway.

We will help you achieve your goals and develop by providing regular feedback and access to online training courses.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Sales Manager in covering the geographic of Norway
  • Hold responsibility for a personal sales budget
  • Build and expand relationships with existing customers through regular visits and direct engagement
  • Support the development of new accounts and business opportunities
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and expectations
  • Launch and promote new products in the market
  • Enhance brand awareness of our office products in Norway
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including Marketing, Pricing, and Demand Planning
  • Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and updates
  • Actively participate in customer events and promotional activities
  • Gather and share customer feedback related to product quality and market expectations

Minimum

What You’ll Need

  • Proven experience and references in B2B sales
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Fluent in English (daily communication required)
  • Based in Eastern Norway with a home office setup
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Norway
  • Holds a valid driving license
  • Independent, focused, and adaptable to change
