• Lead Generation: Use modern techniques and tools to identify and engage potential customers via phone, email, or social media. You already have a few tricks up your sleeve for quickly sparking interest.
• Lead Qualification: Quickly determine if a lead has potential and develop strategies to nurture it. Your ability to understand customer needs makes you a key point of contact.
• Pipeline Management: Keep track of your leads and ensure no potential customer falls through the cracks. Work closely with our sales team to identify the best opportunities.
• Product Knowledge: As the first point of contact, you are our brand ambassador. Continuous learning helps you confidently present Checkmk products and services.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze your activities and results to constantly improve strategies and measure your successes.

Your profile

• Experience: Initial experience in sales or a similar position, ideally within the IT industry.
• Communication Skills: You can inspire people and have a talent for explaining complex topics clearly (in English and German).
• Proactivity & Self-Organization: You tackle tasks independently and bring fresh ideas on how to best reach our target audience.
• Basic Technical Understanding: You don’t need to be an IT expert, but you should have a basic understanding of technical products and their benefits.
• Team Player: You enjoy working in a team and actively contribute to a positive team dynamic.
