- Identify, engage, and establish relationships with ITS integrators, distributors, and contractors across EMEA.
- Drive direct sales efforts to end-user looking for innovative traffic management solutions.
Proposal Management
- Monitor and respond toRequests for Proposals (RFPs)related to traffic detection and ITS projects in the EMEA region.
- Collaborate with internal teams to draft and submit competitive proposals.
- Partner with distributors or integrators where appropriate to strengthen bids.
- Build and maintain a network of distribution and integration partners to expand SIMPL's reach.
- Provide training and support to partners, ensuring alignment with SIMPL’s product offerings and value proposition.
Product Promotion
- Represent SIMPL at industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
- Develop and deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to customer needs.
Customer Relationship Management
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their challenges and recommending tailored solutions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through consistent communication and support.
Other Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to localize campaigns for the EMEA audience.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline progress in CRM tools.
What qualifications and skills will make you succeed in this role?
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent work experience considered.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in ITS, smart transportation, or technology solutions.
- Experience in managing and responding to public procurement processes, including RFPs.
- Strong understanding of LiDAR technology, ITS, or smart city ecosystems is a plus.
- Proficient in English; fluency in German, French, Spanish, or Italian is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Additional Requirements
- Ability to travel within the EMEA region as required.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setup, while maintaining collaboration with global teams.
