As part of our continued growth, we are now looking for a skilled Sales Representative to drive growth in the German market.

The Role

In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers, promoting our products, and driving sales growth in your region. You will work on identifying new opportunities and building relationships with new customers. It is also important to maintain strong relationships with existing customers through follow-up, training, and the implementation of campaigns and sales activities.

The ideal candidate has a strong passion for sales within the beauty and wellness industry, is enthusiastic and action-oriented, and has the ability to meet or exceed sales budgets and goals.

  • Seek out new customers and opportunities
  • Provide training and courses for customers
  • Be responsible for a specific region and customer portfolio
  • Be accountable for results in your region
  • Plan promotional activities / campaigns / demonstrations with existing customers
  • Distribute promotional materials

We are looking for someone who :

  • Has previous experience in sales and training (preferably with regional responsibility)
  • Is results- and performance-oriented
  • Enjoys working with people and understands how to build new relationships and maintain existing ones
  • Has strong communication skills and enjoys training others
  • Is self-driven
  • Is a team player who wants to succeed together
  • Holds a valid driver’s license (Class B)
  • Has an interest in cosmetics, health, and supplements (an advantage)
  • Is a fluent German speaker

You must enjoy being on the road, meeting new faces every day, inspiring and motivating, spreading positive energy, and working purposefully with customers in your region.
