We are looking for a charismatic and influential Recruiter based in Germany on an initial 6-month contract to join our EMEA Talent Acquisition team, reporting to the Manager, EMEA Talent Acquisition. In this role, you will work closely with hiring managers across our sales teams, primarily in Central Europe (CEUR), with some responsibilities across EMEA, owning and driving the end-to-end recruitment process to enable Infoblox to hire and onboard top talent.

What You’ll Do:
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting with a focus on strong hiring manager partnership and candidate advocacy
  • Use direct sourcing techniques to attract top talent
  • Build talent pipelines through strategic research, referrals, events, and sourcing campaigns
  • Drive the offer process, collaborating with hiring managers, Compensation, HR, and Orientation teams
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience, proactively identify candidate risks, and facilitate smooth progression through the hiring process
  • Maintain accurate documentation and candidate records in the applicant tracking system
  • Conduct research projects and prepare recruiting reports as needed
  • Utilize HR and Talent Acquisition systems to ensure a world-class onboarding experience for new hires
What You’ll Bring:
  • 5+ years of progressive recruiting experience, including some agency experience
  • Experience hiring top-tier enterprise sales talent, with the ability to quickly assess cultural and skill fit
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, internet search techniques, and attention to detail in onboarding and recruitment tasks
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Experience coaching and partnering with hiring managers and interviewers throughout the hiring process
  • Expertise in sourcing for hard-to-fill requisitions
  • Excellent interview skills to assess technical and cultural fit
  • Knowledge of the technology industry and relevant tech skills, target companies, and conferences
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all organizational levels and externally
  • Fluent in German and English
What success looks like:
  • Within three months, you will be fully integrated into EMEA Talent Acquisition processes and procedures
  • You will manage a portfolio of requisitions across EMEA, focusing on Germany and our WWFO sales organization
  • You will act as a strategic business partner to our hiring community
