Sales Partner - DACH

We are looking to speak to German-speaking sales or financial services professionals seeking a new role with an exciting and fast-growing company based in Frankfurt!

In this role, you will be the primary internal support contact and point person for sales personnel and strategic partners. You will deliver superior service and support to all internal/external sales staff, as well as sales partner relationships (Strategic Partners, Independent Sales Organizations, and Independent Contractors).

Responsibilities and Tasks

• Preparing and managing new applications generated by the sales team
• Coordinating and supporting applications; reviewing problem reports and researching these issues, offering solutions
• Assisting with onboarding, informing partners, merchants, and sales teams about implementation
• Acting as the primary support contact internally and for partners

Skills and Competencies

• Fluent German (C2 level)
• Working knowledge of English (B2 level)
• Experience in customer support or telesales, preferably in financial services or banking
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Excel required

Salary and Benefits

• €55,000 annual gross salary (approximate monthly gross)
• Permanent contract

Monday to Friday, regular office hours

Location

Frankfurt am Main - Hybrid model (three days in the office)
