Qualifikationen

Stellenbeschreibung

You will be part of the regional team of Business Development & Strategy Europe. Our team contributes to driving regional activities towards growth and excellence. This includes ensuring smooth operations regarding sales activities and internal process governance. You will work closely with sales and key account managers of the region.

Your key tasks

  1. Support sales process
    • Support the acquisition of new Avaloq customers or upselling with existing customers
    • Ensure sales opportunity pipeline is kept up-to-date and sales progress is documented
    • Work closely with sales and key account managers to support the sales process
    • Track and follow up on open invoices and outstanding contracts for signature
    • Ensure won opportunities are progressed efficiently to enable timely delivery
  2. Support internal process operations
    • Support budgeting, forecasting, and controlling processes
    • Support demand & supply management, including external demand management
    • Coordinate with Legal, Procurement, Finance, and Controlling
    • Assist in contracting and coordination with sub-contractors

Qualifikationen

  • Experience: Experience as PMO, sales operations support, or similar administrative role in the IT/financial sector
  • Education: Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a comparable qualification
  • Sales drive: Sales-driven mindset, ability to anticipate client expectations
  • Tools: Proficient in MS Office applications, preferably with experience in Power BI
  • Mindset: Goal-oriented and independent working style
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to interact effectively with various stakeholders
  • Language Skills: Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken (at least B2 level)

It would be a bonus if you have

  • Experience with SaaS (as-a-service) models
  • Knowledge of the European banking market, especially in the wealth segment
